Momentwright is selective about commitment, not job titles. The bar is the same for everyone, whatever your title.
Price
Onboarding is free. Membership is then paid per 12-week cycle, or for a year.
Founding
£290 per cycle
or £960 a year
For founding members. Kept for as long as your membership is continuous, including a pause.
Standard
£390 per cycle
or £1,290 a year
For members who join after the founding pod.
- Payment is due before the first weekly session of each cycle.
- If life gets in the way, you can pause for a cycle instead of leaving. A pause keeps a founding rate.
- Every pod holds at least one funded place. Asking for one does not affect selection, and nobody in the pod can tell.
The bar
- A real high-stakes moment within 90 days.
- Commit to 10 of the next 12 sessions.
- Agree the pledge: confidentiality, receiver-first feedback, one change at a time.
How entry works
- A member nominates you, or you request an invitation and name who suggested you.
- A 15-minute practice session with a pod lead.
- A short conversation with the founder.
- The receiving pod can veto.
New pods form only when a certified lead and a waitlist both exist. Pods stay at six and split rather than grow, so a pod of six becomes two pods, never one pod of nine.
Staying in
Two misses in a quarter means a private conversation and a move to the waitlist, without public shaming. Each cycle, members bring a new real moment.
