Make the moment.
Rehearse the real moment before it matters.
Momentwright is an invitation-only practice club for people who have something real coming up: an interview, a pitch, a talk, a hard conversation. Six members form a pod and meet online for 60 minutes every week.
One hour, everyone speaks
Each member brings the real moment and rehearses it with the others playing the people in the room. They hear how it actually landed, change one thing and do it again. Then they go and do it for real, and report back.

Progress is measured, not guessed
- Week 0: the baseline clip
- Week 6: the same task again
- Week 12: the retest and the reveal
Each member picks one craft goal for a 12-week cycle: pausing before answering, leading with the ask, staying clear under push-back. Every member records the same short video task at weeks 0, 6 and 12, and two trained raters from outside the pod score the clips under a code, without knowing whose clip they are watching. Each cycle also includes three sessions with an expert coach.
Scores belong to the member. There are no league tables.
Strict about commitment, never about status
- A real high-stakes moment in the next 90 days.
- Show up for at least 10 of the 12 weekly sessions.
- Agree the pledge: what is said in a session stays in it, feedback is about what happened to you as the receiver, and you bring a real moment, not a hypothetical.
Your title, employer and follower count are irrelevant. This is a training club, not a networking group. People come to practise.
Membership
Onboarding is free. After that, membership is paid by the 12-week cycle.
